Myrna T. Anover
Myrna Anover, Treasurer; Ms. Anover has served on the Board of Commissioners since 2000. She has been a resident of Hartsdale for over 35 years. Ms. Anover is recently retired from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs; she provided support to the Secretary General’s High Level Task Force on the Global Food Security Crisis. She was also involved with procurement, management of international infrastructure projects, preparation and execution of budgets, public relations, just to name just a few. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives, Asian Women in Business, Honorary Board Member of the Mayi Theatre Group, former volunteer of the Blythedale Children’s Hospital and former member of Rotary International.
William Sicari
William Sicari, Secretary; Mr. Sicari joined the Board of Commissioners in 2017. He and his family have been residents of Hartsdale for 36 years. He is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.S. in Economics and a graduate of St. John's University with an M.B.A. in Marketing. Mr. Sicari has held numerous positions in business to business, sales, marketing and product management. He has worked in the electronics and factory automation industries for over 45 year, in assignments of increasing responsibility both domestically and internationally in Switzerland, Belgium and France. Recently retired, he has decided to volunteer his services to the Town of Greenburgh to assure that the Hartsdale Public Parking District continues to maintain and improve its service to the Greenburgh community.
Linda Li
Linda Li joined the Board of Commissioners in 2022. She has spent her career in public service, as a US Senate staffer, a budget analyst for the City of New York, a volunteer with NY Cares, and a grants coordinator of the Legal Aid Society of Westchester County. She has decided to volunteer her services to the Town of Greenburgh, and hopes her background in public finance will help strengthen the Hartsdale Public Parking District.
Commissioners serve as volunteers and are not compensated for their time and service to the District.
