Site "A" Merchant Permits are available to those owning a business or who are employed by a business or professional office located in the East Hartsdale Avenue business district. They are sold on a quarterly or annual basis (annual permits are sold only to the business owner/proprietor).
Merchant Permits are NOT sold to any person residing on East Hartsdale Avenue, Wilson Street and/or Columbia Avenue).
Merchant Permit Parking at Site A is restricted to level 5 only during the hours of 6AM and Midnight (no overnight parking). Merchant permits are not valid at any meters or in any other areas.
Annual Site "A" Merchant Permits- Annual permits are sold through January 31 of each year and are sold only to the business owner/proprietor. They are valid January 1st - December 31. Quarterly permit must be purchased thereafter.
Annual Site "A" Merchant Permit Rate- 2025 Annual- $661 (Annual permit is issued only to business owners who may elect to purchase all 4 quarters at once provided application is received prior to January 31).
Quarterly Site "A" Merchant Parking Permits-Quarterly Site "A" Merchant Parking permits are sold 4 times per year on a calendar quarter basis. You may apply for any current quarter within the first two months of the quarter (application must be received complete prior to the closing date listed on the application). Permit fees are not pro-rated. Quarterly permits are sold on a quarter to quarter basis only and may not be purchased in advance.
Renewal applications for future quarters will automaticially be mailed.
Quarterly Merchant Permit Rate for 2025 Permits - $166 per quarter
Site "C" Merchant Permits are sold to those businesses and professional office located near the 4-corners in Hartsdale (where Central Avenue and East&West Hartsdale Avenues intersect). The Site "C" Merchant Permit is not valid for overnight parking (from Midnight to 6AM). Site "C" Merchant Permits are not sold to any individuals who live within 1/2 mile of the Site "C" Parking lot (any building on East Hartsdale, Wilson Street and/or Columbia Avenue, 27-47 N. Central Ave., 1/2 mile west on West Hartsdale Avenue). Anyone residing on the streets as listed must place their name on the Site "C" 24-hour waiting list).

The Hartsdale Public Parking District reserves the right to
request proof of employment at it's discretion
