THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION APPLIES TO CURRENT SITE "A" OVERNIGHT PERMIT HOLDERS :
Site "A" Overnight Parking Permits are available to those residing on East Hartsdale Avenue and 1-11 Columbia Avenue. They are sold on an annual or quarterly basis.
Site A Overnight Permit holders must park on level 2 ONLY from 6PM to 9AM Monday through Saturday. Overnight Permits WILL NOT BE HONORED ON ANY OTHER LEVELS. Reminder: Permit is only valid from 6PM to 9AM Monday through Saturday.
Site "A" Overnight parking Permits are valid Monday through Saturday during the hours of 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M. and all day Sunday on Level 2. Your vehicle must be removed from the garage by 9:00 A.M. Monday through Saturday.
Saturday Parking for Overnight Permit holders: Overnight permit holders can remain parked outside of permit hours so long as the meter is paid using either coins or the Passport App.
Annual Site "A" Overnight Permits- Annual permits are renewed through the application deadline. They are valid January 1st - December 31.
Annual Site "A" Overnight Permit Rate - Fee for 2023 Permits: $910
Quarterly Site "A" Overnight Permits - Quarterly Site "A" Overnight Parking permits are sold 4 times per year. You may apply for any current quarter within the first two months of the quarter (application must be received complete prior to the closing date listed on the application. Quarterly permits are sold on a quarter to quarter basis only and may not be purchased in advance.
Renewal applications for future quarters will automaticially be mailed.
