The Town of Greenburgh winter parking ordinance goes into effect on December 1. The Local Law prohibits parking onall public roads from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM from December 1 through March 15 of each year.
Overnight Winter Season Parking Permits are available to residents of East Hartsdale Avenue. The permit allows permit holders to park in the Site A Garage from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday on level 2. The Site A Garage is located behind the Right Aid Pharmacy on East Hartsdale Avenue. Vehicles must be removed promptly by 9:00 AM - METER FEEDING IS PROHIBITED.
The cost for this 4-month permit is $200. The permit is valid from December 1st through March 31st. Please complete the form below to receive the application for this permit.
Site A Overnight Winter Permit is NOT valid at any other sites or at any street meters. Vehicles parked with this permit in any site other than Site A will be fined and towed.
